Shown here is 400 East Chyenne Avenue, an unbuilt mixed-use development in Las Vegas. I designed this primarily to showcase what I regard to be an innovative approach to conditioning the interior environment of a building in a hot, arid climate. Shown also is 1 Jewel Drive (.pdf), a reclaimed industrial building in Wilmington, Massachusetts. I worked on the retrofit of this building in various capacities.
