The building known by its address as "78 Dragon Court" (.pdf) is a four-story office in Woburn, Massachusetts. It is characterized primarily by its steeply-sloping site and Soft Modernist architecture. I was involved in the total interior retrofit of this building, a project undertaken when a major tenant ceased operation and the building was sold. The other project shown here, 59 Middlesex Turnpike (.pdf), is a similarly-sized, unbuilt office building in Burlington, Massachusetts, notable for its unusual, corrugated aluminum skin. I was involved in the preliminary design of this structure.
