FINE ARTS

 

Loren's interest and approach to fine art are ecclectic and diverse. He constantly explores new methods of expression and derives subject matter from everything around him. Whether the final expression is a painting, sculpture, building or urban master plan, he is always working to refine techniques that are already in his toolbox, while reaching into new realms to expand his artistic repertoire.

His artistic philosophy is that, while we may not find personal aesthetic connection with everything we see or experience in art and design, there is usually something to learn from almost everything we encounter, whether it is a simple approach to a technique or a completely different way of thinking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

REPRESENTATION

During the course of his numerous travels to Cuba, Loren has established relationships with several artists. Loren counts acclaimed Cuban artists such as Alain Pino and Franklin Alvarez and rising stars such as Orlando Carreno among his personal friends. Unsigned prints by these and other artists are available immediately while original works may be available on an advance subject to future trips.
