ACADEMIC WORK

Loren's academic work pushed boundaries technologically and expressively in international and diverse settings. Focusing his efforts heavily on environmentally and culturally sensative responses to each design challenge, his academic design solutions sought more to push the envelope of expression to answer the questions he posed for himself, rather than to create a pretty design package to please aesthetic conventionalists.
